2. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Your creative journey begins with order processing. To ensure the quality and accuracy of your shipment, we require time to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items.

  • Order Processing Time:‌ All orders are processed within ‌1-3 business days‌ after we receive your order confirmation and successful payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Transit Time:‌ Transit times begin once your package is picked up by the carrier and a tracking number is generated. Estimated delivery windows vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout:
    • Standard Shipping (Canada):‌ 5-10 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping (Canada):‌ 2-5 business days.
    • Standard Shipping (USA):‌ 7-15 business days.
    • International Shipping:‌ 10-30+ business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

These are estimated timeframes provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information.

3. SHIPPING FEES AND RATES

We strive to offer competitive and straightforward shipping rates. The shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the products in your cart, your shipping destination, and the delivery speed you choose.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • Marking of Packages:‌ International shipments will be marked as “Merchandise” with the appropriate declared value as required by law. We cannot under-declare values or mark packages as “Gifts” to avoid fees, as this is illegal.
  • Non-Payment of Fees:‌ If customs fees are refused by the recipient, the shipment will typically be returned to us. In such cases, we will deduct the original shipping costs and any return fees from the refund amount, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Your Responsibility:‌ It is ‌critically important‌ that you enter your complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Double-check your apartment/suite number, street name, city, postal code, and country.
  • Address Correction Fees:‌ If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages:‌ If a delivery attempt is made and fails (e.g., no one is available to sign, package is not retrieved from a postal outlet), the carrier will usually leave a notice and hold the item locally for a limited time. If the package is ultimately returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, the original shipping costs will be non-refundable, and a new shipping fee will be required to re-send the order.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We pack every order with care to ensure it arrives safely. However, shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

  • Damaged Upon Arrival:‌ If your package appears damaged when you receive it, please ‌take photos of the outer box and the damaged items‌ before opening it fully, if possible.
